Enrichment table live and confirmed by the customer

Two data problems compounded each other. Event lead lists came back thin and had to be hand-enriched every time, so post-event follow-up was slow, inconsistent and often too late to matter. And the CRM database had aged without a maintenance process behind it: nobody could tell which contacts still worked at the accounts they were attached to, which meant every campaign quietly burned part of its audience.
Built a reusable table that waterfalls work-email and contact lookups across a seven-provider chain before validation, then syncs enriched leads straight to CRM campaigns. The waterfall matters more than any single provider: each one is tried in turn and the first confident match wins, so coverage comes from the chain rather than from betting on one vendor.
When routing later moved onto a dedicated platform, the same table was reconfigured to a clean export instead of a direct sync, so the enrichment investment survived a change in the system downstream of it.
Ran a phased lead-and-contact validation that began with the largest accounts rather than attempting the whole database at once: pulled contacts into the enrichment platform and validated professional-profile and email data to flag people who had left the company.
Added 'no longer at company', 'verified contact data' and enriched-phone fields in the CRM so the validation result lives on the record and is usable in segmentation and routing, rather than dying in an export.
Built a recurring report so contacts get re-checked on a cadence, instead of decaying silently until the next campaign underperforms and someone goes looking for why.
Enrichment table live and confirmed by the customer
The reusable event-lead enrichment table was tested and confirmed working by the customer's marketing owner.
Enriched event leads flowing end to end. Resolving an email-validation merge-field issue pushed enriched event leads all the way through into the CRM, bringing the lead count to roughly 320 at that point in time.
